Resolution:

The Associa Kramer-Triad Management Group team partnered with this community and has been working to resolve all issues. Homeowners facing financial troubles were set up with a legal team. The community worked with the City of Walled Lake and the proper authorities to resolve legal matters, and the manager assisted with scheduling maintenance and repairs. The team also created a work order history, developed a website, and helped with landscaping upgrades. The board is extremely pleased with Associa Kramer-Triad Management Group and looks forward to more collaboration to set the community up for success.
