Kramer-Triad Management Group follows the standard transition process used across Associa-managed communities, with the specific timeline and responsibilities set out in the management agreement. In general terms, that means an intake and setup phase covering financial records, governing documents, past meeting minutes and vendor contracts, an implementation phase covering budget review, asset inventories, annual calendars and initial property inspections, and a final phase in which the board evaluates the assigned community manager and residents are brought onto the resident portal.

Kramer-Triad Management Group is an Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) and a member of the Community Associations Institute Michigan Chapter. Members of its leadership team hold industry designations including Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS), and the company is accredited by the Better Business Bureau.

Association funds are protected by fidelity bond coverage, and the company's financial controls are subject to Service Organization Control 1 Type 2 reporting.
