Jeff Gourlie, AMS®, PCAM® - President
Jeff has been awarded the Association Management Specialist (AMS) and the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designations from CAI. He has been a lecturer at both CAI Michigan Chapter educational seminars and at the United Condominiums of Michigan (UCOM) annual seminar. He has served on the CAI Michigan Chapter Board of Directors twice as President as well as Treasurer and Secretary. Jeff also served as the Vice Chairman on the Membership Advisory Committee for CAI on a national level. He has extensive knowledge in the area of buildings and grounds maintenance which was acquired during a career of over twenty years that included positions as a resident manager and maintenance supervisor, giving him invaluable knowledge necessary for the everyday operation of community associations.
Susan Haan, ARM® - Vice President
Ms. Haan is a Vice President and Director of Apartment Management and manages the day to day operations of her portfolio from our Troy Office. She has extensive experience in the management of luxury apartment complexes in Texas and, of course, Michigan. Her credentials and experience also encompass an extensive background in apartment marketing and research analysis. Ms. Haan earned her Accredited Resident Manager Certification (ARM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She attended Olivet College and Michigan State University graduating from that university with a Bachelor of Business Management degree with a minor in Economics.
Linda Garrett, AMS®, PCAM® - Vice President
Linda started community association management in 1986 and received training through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Linda has been a licensed Michigan Real Estate agent since 1987. She joined Kramer-Triad in 1992 as a portfolio manager and became involved with the office operations of our Farmington Hills Office in 2000. Linda continued her education with the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and was awarded awarded the Association Management Specialist designation (AMS) and, most recently, the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation in 2006.
Charles Bricker, Jr., CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM® - Vice President
Charles joined the Kramer-Triad Ann Arbor location in 1999 as a portfolio manager. While most of his portfolio contains established residential communities, he continues to work with developers and developing sites through transition and turnover to the resident membership. He attended Northwood University in Midland, Michigan and majored in Business Administration. Chick has completed the Professional Management Development Program [PMDP] courses at Community Association Institute [CAI] and has received the Certified Manager of Community Associations [CMCA] designation, the Association Management Specialist [AMS] designation and the Professional Community Association Manager [PCAM] designation. He maintains a license with the State of Michigan for Health & Life insurance sales.
Lance Govang, CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM® - Vice President
Lance has been a Community Association Manager with Kramer-Triad since 2001. He has over 18 years of property management experience and, since 1995, has specialized in Residential Real Estate and Community Association Management. Lance has been awarded the Certified Manager of Community Associations [CMCA], the Association Management Specialist (AMS), and the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designations from CAI. Lance has a Bachelor's Degree from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, and has held a Michigan Real Estate Salespersons License since 1995.
Dean Williams, CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM® - Vice President of Developing Communities
Dean has been awarded the Certified Manager of Community Associations designation (CMCA), Association Management Specialist designation (AMS) and Professional Community Association Manager. Since joining Kramer-Triad in 2001, he has specialized in developing communities working with builders and developers. He manages a portfolio of 22 associations with over 3,000 units in addition to working with Managers of developing and transitioned communities within each office. Working with both national and local developers, he has taken associations from inception to transition. He has extensive knowledge in working and training volunteer boards from his 25 years of working for non-profit organizations. Dean received a Bachelor’s Degree from Grand Valley State University and served as the University Alumni President for 2 years.
Craig Koss, AMS®, PCAM® - Associa Regional Vice President
After graduating from the University of Michigan, he began his property management career nearly 25 years ago, and joined the Kramer-Triad staff ten years ago. Craig has been awarded the Association Management Specialist (AMS), the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designations from CAI and the Associa Ambassadors Circle. The Ambassadors Circle is a new designation for exceptional community managers working for Associa member companies. Membership in the Ambassadors Circle is a distinct honor for those selected and a symbol of the true excellence exhibited by the members. Craig currently holds a seat on the (CAI) National Association of Professional Community Managers Board. He has been a lecturer at several CAI Michigan Chapter educational seminars.
